Instructions for a virtual session

Before the session

  • For your first session with us, you need to sign a liability waiver and to let us know your health conditions. Please sign this document accessing here

  • You can read the terms & conditions here

  • Please make the payment at least 24 hours before the session. You will find the details in the confirmation message you will receive.

Getting ready for the session

  1. Have an exercise mat available (ideally 6mm thick).

  2. The attire should be comfortable exercise-clothes.

  3. Have some drinking water handy.

  4. If possible, have handy a small soft ball to squeeze.

Setting up

  1. Find a quiet place of about two by 2 by 2 meters.

  2. You should perform a free-of-hazard check to the space you have chosen. The area should be free of any obstacle on the mat and half-meter around the mat. Be sure that you have sufficient lighting and the temperature is regulated and free of draughts. You should also be aware of the Health & safety procedures in the building the session is happening, in case of an emergency occurring in your location at the time of our session.

  3. Collocate the device you will use for the class (ideally a laptop, but a tablet also works fine) parallel to the long side of the mat.

  4. Preferably, the device should be placed higher than the mat and about 1.5 mt, away from it. A tablet could be about 20 cm above the floor level. A laptop could be resting on a chair.

  5. The source of light should be in front of the mat rather than behind.

  6. Sometimes, we do exercises standing. Please ensure the camera can be adjusted from landscape to portrait, and that you have enough depth in the room.
