Who are we?


We are a group of instructors specialists in our area that have busy schedules, but we are always happy to help people to achieve their fitness goals. Through 'My PILATES practice' we are giving you access to the few slots we have available to work in bespoke sessions. You can choose an instructor for their expertise or because their schedule suits you. We can ensure that any option you chose will give you the professional attention you are looking for and, with excellent results.

Susana Ceballos

I’m passionate about Pilates and the benefits that exercising and living a healthy life can bring to people. I’ve been dancing since I was a teenager and harmonic movement is essential to me. 

I started my Pilates training in 2004 when I discovered its value while looking for alternatives to ease my spine problems. Since then it has been a non-stop learning process from essential matwork to advanced Pilates equipment. 

My equipment certification was obtained from a UK school which follows a classical Pilates approach and incorporates high standards in its teaching technique. 

Whether you want to get a stronger core and deep stabilising muscles to improve your current training or to recover from an injury, I’ll work with you to create body

consciousness. If you have body imbalances or structural issues, with my personal and professional experience, I can assure you that we will discover together the best way to strengthen your weak areas.

I started regular Pilates classes in my country, Switzerland, while undertaking my professional dance training in Geneva, since then I developed an appreciation for the Pilates technique.

Before moving to London in 2017, I completed my PMA Pilates teacher training certification at Pilates Academy International in New York. Currently, I teach Pilates and dance part-time.

I regularly attend continued education courses to improve and update my teaching skills. I like to bring to my teaching the discipline acquired in all the years I have danced, which is perfect for achieving specific results in short periods.

I consider myself a charismatic and enthusiastic instructor who is passionate about movement and a healthy lifestyle. I was trained in mat Pilates by Polestar, a method well known for its critical thinking approach, and have been teaching in different clubs since 2016.


I am also a personal trainer and a dancer, two disciplines that put together with Pilates create the mindset of a self-disciplined and goal achieving person.  I complemented my education with a degree in nutrition. 


My purpose is to motivate and inspire you during your sessions with me. I like making people aware of their physical and mental abilities, helping them to be in shape and feeling good.

Thus, I am confident that with my many skills I will help you to achieve all your fitness objectives.

Sabina Mehdiyeva

A STOTT Pilates Certified instructor in both mat and reformer since 2014.  I quit my job in an oil and gas company to follow my husband in his international assignment, and that was the time I was introduced to Pilates, taking regular classes in one of the Pilates studios in Cairo. Ultimately, I decided to go further into this unique, smart and beneficial workout by taking courses and workshops. 

I have been teaching Pilates in Cairo and Aberdeen, both group and individual classes, before moving to London in summer of 2017.

I continue to expand my knowledge by attending various workshops and courses and also have experience working with pre- and post-natal clientele. Very attentive to detail with an individual approach for everyone in a group class.

Besides Pilates, I enjoy playing tennis, cycling and even practising yoga.
